Records and operations

Records on demand and on time.

Calvient validates incoming records requests, pulls what’s in scope, and holds everything for your release. Everything that goes out is logged.

Mockup of the open records requests: each requester with when the request came in, when it is due, and whether it is ready for your release, returned, released and logged, or invoiced.

01 Process

A records request is received

  1. 01

The request arrives and is checked

Calvient confirms the auth is valid, signature is present, requester matches, etc.

  2. 02

    An error is found

Calvient flags it, doesn’t pull anything, and drafts the response asking for a corrected version.

  3. 03

    Calvient waits for you

Your HIM staff reviews the final assembled packet and approves the release. This is not automated and should never be.

  4. 04

    It delivers, logs, and bills

Calvient sends by the method requested, records what was released along with when and to whom, and generates the invoice if the request is billable.

Mockup of one records request from a law firm: the checks Calvient ran, with the patient signature missing, nothing pulled, and a drafted reply waiting for your review.
