Automatic prior authorization packet creation and status checks

  3. 03

Results, renewals, and recalls out of the in-basket

03 Scenario

One patient, start to finish

  1. March

A patient returns her FIT kit. It’s positive. The result lands in an in-basket with fifty other messages.

  2. The same day

Calvient recognizes the abnormal result, pulls it, and flags it for urgent follow-up.

  3. The referral goes out

Calvient checks which practices take her plan and queues it to the two closest to her.

  4. May

The GI office never called her back. Calvient keeps the referral open and moves it to your coordinator with a note saying what happened.

  5. June

Procedure scheduled. Prep instructions go out by text.

  6. July

The procedure happens. The report comes back by fax. Calvient reads it, matches it to the correct referral, and closes the loop.
